J.D.'s experience with the other side began in childhood, while attending Catholic School in New England. She began to see auras and energy around people, and notably, around the giant cross at the center of the church. She would hear her name called by her Spirit Guides, whose identities she learned later in life. As a teenager, J.D. started to have prophetic dreams and developed the gift of clairsentience.  Later as a young adult, she discovered a love of oracle cards and a natural gift for reading their energy. As the years progressed, other gifts emerged such as healing, mediumship and remote viewing. Some of these appeared spontaneously while others were learned and honed. J.D. has been a featured Facilitator and Guest Speaker at centers, venues and radio shows throughout the East Coast. She has also been invited to speak with students at Fairleigh Dickenson University for over seven years.  

In 2012, J.D. founded the Indigo Papillon, which is now an online metaphysical center. The Indigo Papillon provides meditations, discussion circles, development workshops, and private sessions, with all the comforts of your own home! Indigo's mission is to help people to heal and to empower them to develop their own gifts.
